Coaching Services
Our coaches are dedicated to helping you transition from where you are now to where you want to be, guiding you through obstacles, challenges, and opportunities along the way. We create thought-provoking conversations that empower you with the answers you need to navigate challenges, maximize opportunities, and become a better version of yourself.
Coaching is focused on the present, and can help you understand where you are right now and where you want to go. By focusing on the path forward from your current location our coaches will help you grow and improve wherever you would like to develope in your life. Our approach connects with clients through a creative process that inspires them to realize their personal and professional potential. It's important to note that coaching is distinct from therapy, counseling, consulting, or training.
Through a series of in-depth questions, we will understand where the gaps leadership are. Generally there are a handful of general points where leadership fails: Lack of Accountability, Poor Communication, Lack of Integrity, and Failure to Develop the Team.
With over 20 years combined experience in first responder work, including EMS, firefighting, corrections, emergency management, and security- many at the managerial level, we feel confident that we can help you understand where your leadership gaps are. Our training focuses on accountability, communication, integrity and developing a team that is invested in these ideals as well all while adding value to everyone around us.
